Born and raised in Budapest, Zita worked as a flight attendant before making the move to Yoga. As a former runner, Zita experienced pain and injuries that running put on her joints.
She began practicing yoga as a way of stretching and healing her body. Six years later, Zita was introduced to the Barkan Method and fell in love with sun salutations and chaturangas.

In 2013, Zita traveled to North Carolina to complete her 200 RYT training. She then got her certification in the Barkan Method Level ll & lll.  She relocated permanently to the states and started teaching what she loves.

"My classes vary from meditational and relaxed, to a hard vinyasa.

Everyone should try this type of yoga once to see what it can do. I am happy to share what I've learned to be on your way to a healthier, happier, you."
